We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product type, local delivery network, and warehouse availability.
If a location cannot be served at checkout, the order may not be completed or our support team may contact you for further assistance.

After your payment is successfully completed, most orders are prepared and processed within 1–5 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During promotional periods, seasonal sales, or high-volume order periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 5–20 business days, depending on your destination and local carrier conditions.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or extra shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the package is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
